Scope The following steps will allow you to blind transfer a call. A Blind transfer is where you do not speak or announce the transfer to the individual who is receiving the call.
- While on the first call, press the Transfer key
- Dial the extension or number of the person you wish to transfer the call and press B Transfer
The original caller will be bridged together with the extension or number it was transferred to. You will be disconnected from the call.
