Scope
 
This article outlines how to add TeamMate to the trusted traffic list. This is a prerequisite to configure Microsoft Teams. A full list of prerequisites can be found in the TeamMate Connector Configuration Steps



Requirements
 
Global admin access to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/




  1. Log in to Microsoft Admin Center
  2. Navigate to Locations > Network Topology
  3. Select Trusted IPs and click Add
  4. Complete the following fields:
    1. IP Version: IPv4
    2. IP Address: 23.96.35.127
    3. Network Range: 32
    4. Description: TeamMate Connector Media IP
  5. Click Apply
  6. Click Add again and complete the following fields
    1. IP Version: IPv4
    2. IP Address: 104.45.229.220
    3. Network Range: 32
    4. Description: TeamMate Connector SIP IP
  7. Click Apply
