Scope:
 
This document will show you how to adjust the PBX General settings on TeamMate EPP for TeamMate Connector.


Requirements:
 
Access to TeamMate Enterprise Provisioning Portal


PBX Settings setup:
  1. Log into the TeamMate EPP
  2. Click  Direct Routing Management
  3. Click PBX Settings.
  4. Select the PBX Type: Netsapiens
  5. Input the PBX SIP Domain (i.e. domain.1111.service)
  6. Edit PBX SIP Domain Proxy: sbc.ucaasnetwork.com
  7. PBX uses UDP for registration and a standard port - 5060.
  8. If necessary you can also change the Voicemail Feature code. This code will be used to dial into your PBX and access voicemail in the application.
  9. Select Save Settings after all settings have been configured.
  10. A Success Completed card will appear in the right-hand corner upon completion.
  11. Please respond to our support request notifying us once these steps have been completed. We will finish the Advanced Settings portion shortly after.
