Scope:
 
This document will show you how to setup TeamMate users.


Requirements:
 
Access to TeamMate Enterprise Provisioning Portal.


Setting up users individually:
  1. Navigate to User Management
  2. Click Add User
  3. Fill out the following information under Add User:
    1. Select Teams User Email Address.
      1. Ensure Licenses are correct on User.
    2. Select the SIP User from Dropdown.
    3. Phone Number: Extension Number
    4. Disable Voicemail in Teams if you plan not to use. Recommend Disabling. 
  4. Under User Devices:
    1. Enter for Suffix
    2. Enter a Generated Password for Password.
    3. Click Select
    4. Click Add User.
  5. Navigate to User Management

  6. Click on Manage Users

  7. Click on the three dots under Action for your user

  8. Click Enable Calling.

  9. When successful you will receive an email confirmation:

The provisioning of a new user usually takes between 10 seconds and 60 seconds but can take longer with Microsoft load delays. Once successfully registered, the User will appear as below on the EPP Dashboard
