Scope
The following steps will show you how to enable Voicemail for a User.
Items Needed
- Office Manager or Reseller access to https://portal.itsvoip.com
Enable Voicemail For User
- Using the top bar click on Users
- Click on the Edit icon next to the User you wish to modify, then select Voicemail
- Select the checkbox Enable Voicemail
- Click Save
